Join the local artists Anthony C and Karen M for a day focused around street art and stencil making. Learn about the history of street art and it’s relationship to politics from this collaborative artistic team with decades of experience in the field. Participants will focus in expressing the merger between language and image by learning how to cut stencils from reclaimed materials. The Resource Exchange will provide cutting tools and participants can purchase their stencil making materials from our warehouse of low-cost and salvaged art supplies.
