I took up sewing as a hobby during the pandemic. At a time where so much was happening in the world, it became a safe space for me. I’m big on eco-friendly initiatives, so in the beginning I solely sewed thrifted/upcycled clothes that I found at local thrift shops. Later, I found the Resource Exchange! I was able to make my own garments from scratch and still use reclaimed materials. The bags featured here are neutral and tonal on the outside, but feature a fun, bright color or pattern on the inside lining. Some are reversible, some have pockets on the inner lining. Find comfort in the warm tones of fall. Thank you for allowing me to share this with my community, while supporting your local artists & the resource exchange.
