While I have worked as a scholar, DJ, editor, and Daisy Scout leader, among other things, my primary interest across and beyond these things is everyday culture and its meanings. To that end, I work in ephemera, particularly material sourced from what would otherwise be trash or recycling. When walking down the street, I ask, What do we see? What do we notice? What does it mean? and make artwork answering these questions.
