Ryan Pic is a multimedia artist exploring the natural and fantastical through a queer, trans masculine, neurodivergent, and disabled lens. They work predominantly in fiber arts, finding its history and processes the perfect locus for reflecting on their experiences with subverting expectations of gender, sexuality, and ability. This series of wall hangings emerged from experimentation with natural dyes and eco printing on second hand textiles.  Much of Ryan’s work explores identity and existentialism through the integration of the human form and motifs of plant, animal, and supernatural life.
