STITCH AND DESTROY

STITCH AND DESTROY creates upcycled alternative fashions using only textile waste and hard-to-recycle materials. Each item is one-of-a-kind and constructed from pre-loved clothing, fabric scraps, plastic bags, drink tabs, small toys and other reclaimed objects. Handmade in Philadelphia, STITCH AND DESTROY sources many of its materials locally through donations and from reuse centers like The Resource Exchange, FABSCRAP and Rabbit Recycling.

Haven DeAnglis began STITCH AND DESTROY in 2019 to combat post-consumer textile waste as there are few options for clothing recycling.
