The base of the roaster is glazed, which allows effortless cleaning. It is oven and microwave safe and can withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Made from all-natural clay material this pot is food safe!

Good to soak the unglazed lid of the roaster in water before use. During cooking, the water will evaporate and a mantle of steam will be created. The lid is intentionally designed to allow some of the steam to escape, so it is not a tight fit.

Outer dimensions of the roaster measures 13.6 inches in length, 8.9 inches in width, and 6.7 inches in height. Comes with a lid and a bottom.
