We want you to be happy with your purchases, so please read before you buy!
- We do not ship items; Local Pick Up ONLY
- All items are sold “as-is” with no returns/refunds/exchanges.
- We are unable to test or guarantee everything in our inventory, so make sure to ask questions before buying.
- Paid items can be held for up to 7 calendar days (items not picked up within 7 calendar days will be put back on sale and no refund will be issued).
- We sell our reclaimed inventory at a discount, and also offer a 10% off creative reward code to customers who email us photos of how they creatively reused what they purchased!
* Our nonprofit saves, sorts, + sells as much reclaimed material as we can with limited space, staff, and funds. These store policies help us to maximize our square footage to save more materials from landfill, and avoid additional costs of staff reprocessing/restocking time.
Every effort is made to make reusable materials in good condition available to our customers at reduced cost, but is the customer’s responsibility to verify the suitability of reclaimed materials for a particular project.
