When we get a donation in from a big film that’s finished shooting in Philadelphia, we try to see the second life in all kinds of materials.  When we were donated a bunch of vanity mirrors from the makeup department of a film, we discovered that some of the mirrors had broken.  So we took the broken pieces out and turned the mirrored cabinet into a kid’s lap craft desk!

Here’s one of our regular customers using her reclaimed craft desk!  It has a flat surface to work, and opens so that she can keep all of her craft supplies inside.  We still have mirrored cabinets in the store!
