If you’ve been into The Resource Exchange, you know that we have tons of oh-so-soft and lovely velvet pieces that were donated. Well these velvets aren’t just for sewing projects!  Re staff member Alison fell in love with these particular donated velvets adorned with swinging pink gorillas!  So when her best friend’s birthday came around, she knew just what she had to do…buy a pink gorilla and frame it for her! Alison found the perfect silver frame at the re, framed the glorious piece of velvet, and tied it in reclaimed cloth as wrapping paper.  Don’t worry, her friend loved it!
