We were happy to welcome the wonderful PlayArts summer campers and their teacher Margot Steinberg to The Resource Exchange for another great project!  PlayArts is a beautiful, child-centered arts and play space for infants through young children, located on Front Street in Fishtown. Their facility offers educational enrichment, group classes and private, music lessons for children and their parents. Sustainability is a key part of the PlayArts philosophy.

With just $2.00 in hand, each camper collected several items from the Random Room to later be used in building their own spaceships. We loved seeing the imagination and resourcefulness amongst the campers as they embraced the spirit of creative re-use. We’d like to thank PlayArts again for partnering with us this week!
